Scrolling through social media on Linkedin today, the world's best self-proclaimed talent makes it all about:

me.me.me.me.me.

I want to work less.

I want more money.

I want to work from home.

I want to work from the beach.

Never do I read:

"putting their egos in the backseat and focusing on the needs of the organization."

People who want to be successful should start with one question:

"How can I help you?"

And then do the job. And then ask "So what's in it for me?"
