No comes in different shades. Sometimes it is a natural reaction to any sales offer. Even when people are super happy with a solution, the minute they learn they need to pay - fight or flight might be a natural first reaction.

Entrepreneurs need to learn to navigate these waters. It is work, but closes deals. Those who walk away, simply leave money on the table.

Then there is this other no. Where people hate the solution or will never ever need what you have.

The biggest mistake people make is trying to evangelize someone who doesn't want what you offer.

Understanding the difference pays off. It avoids investing resources in clear no's conserving it for those who just have an emotional rush when they see the price tag, but will pay when someone helps them navigate these emotions.
