Especially fundraising companies sometimes believe that displaying job openings strengthens their case.

They start the hiring process, but then suddenly ghost candidates.

When you check their roster on LinkedIn or their website, the position has never been filled, and they repost the same position for months or even years.

It's annoying, as it wastes a lot of time.
