Companies do themselves a disservice, when they don’t face problems head on. It might not look like much short term, but makes a difference long term.
Problems keep piling up and are not solved. Ultimately the company is more likely to fail, than those that solve their problems.
Don’t shut down opinions and perceptions in companies. Most might be emotional and not matter, but it helps finding those that make a difference.
