In my case, I started seeing excellent outcomes when I had spent nearly 10 months on the site and now, I am making very good money. I am thankful to Medium for easing my life. I publish as much or as little as I want. :)

- clap and leave a mindful positive comment 
- pay a membership fee

Short: contribute to the community on all levels and the algorithm will return money to you over time
