I have worked with many startups and study business and entrepreneurship now for 40 years.

It takes 10 years of daily grind, before someone can judge whether an endeveaour was successful

or a failure.

It is year 9 when the hard work starts really paying off and generates exponential cash returns.

Most people give up after 1,6,12 months or 3 years - the few that go the whole length of 10 years - 9 out of 10 are successful.

When someone starts, it is important that they understand - the journey will last 10 years.
