Sounds like you just wanted a space to vent your frustration—fair enough!
On the sales part: They can write whatever they want, as long as they make it crystal clear that they’ve got the exact solution to one of my pressing problems. That first line needs to hit the nail on the head.
The rest is just reinforcing that message. And honestly, I see no issue with using AI for that part.
If they can’t address a problem I have, I’ll delete it. But who knows, maybe I’ll come back to it when that problem eventually shows up.
