Put your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health first. Once these areas are gone, there is usually no way back. Even doctors can't fix a destroyed system.

The 5 simple rules for a healthy life:

1. Get enough sleep. No 3-4 hours are not sufficient.

2. Walk daily 30 minutes - at least

3. Mind your nutrition. You are what you eat. Fast Food is garbage.

4. Whether legal or illegal drugs destroy health - alcohol, marijuana and everything else = garbage.

5. Mind your relationships. Start on a high note and foster those that reciprocate. Let go of the rest.

This is every persons own responsiblity. Nobody will tell to do it.
