April — the month of world health day.

Since I was a child, I have had two main questions that formed the basic theme of my life.

One question was about health:

Why do some people die early from disease while others stay healthy and grow very old?

Over the years, I met many people who helped me understand what it takes to stay in good shape and health.

Besides visiting medical advisors, aka doctors, regularly for checks ups, people can do many activities to increase the chances of a healthy life.

It works best with forming the proper habits.

Some of them are:

  • Sleep: Having 7–8 hours of uninterrupted quality sleep each night contributes to health.
  • Exercise: Like sleep, it boosts the chance to increase a healthy lifespan.
  • Nutrition: What people put into their mouths defines the building blocks of their health.
  • Positive Relationships: Having relationships that are loving and caring helps maintain health.
  • Meditation: Sitting down, taking time for yourself…
