That's right. That's why I focus on other businesses since I don't feel passionate enough about being a landlord. Dealing with tenants isn't my passion.

Also, when I look at what happens in Ukraine (I am in Austria), real estate isn't secure either. People who bought a property in certain areas have a 100% loss and might be liable to contribute to cleaning up the mess after the war.

I like my investments to be more liquid, transferable, and accessible.
