This was most likely the biggest innovation back in 2007 and still is today. Steve Jobs managed to personalize the telephone. Gone were the times of learning a new OS every time I got a new phone. With the iPhone it is just picking things off where I left. Great innovation and a lesson for every company - make it about the customers.
